Training Mode

• Allows users to tailor training sessions according to their skill level. Initially, users can create up to two custom training programs; upon purchase, this limit increases to six. Pre-purchase, users have access to 50 training sessions; after upgrading, this extends to 200 sessions. The application provides progress tracking to monitor growth over time.
